How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place the order on our website, you will receive a confirmation message on the site. You can even go to your account to check your order status. We’ll also send you an email confirming your order with us.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
It will take 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered to you.
Which payment methods does Anantya Oils accept?
You can pay for your order via credit card, debit card or cash on delivery.
Does Anantya Oils accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery for all orders within India.
How do I know if my payment has successfully gone through?
Once your payment has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email from our end.
My order wasn’t placed but the amount has been debited from my bank account. What can I do?
Can I edit my order after it has been confirmed?
While we cannot add additional items to your order once it’s confirmed, you can remove or cancel a product from your order if it hasn’t been shipped. You can avail of the ‘Cancel’ option by going to ‘My Orders’ in your account.
You will not be able to edit your order once it has been shipped.
Do you charge for shipping and delivery? Is it different based on the delivery location?
Shipping charges extra applicable on entire product.
Do you deliver to international addresses?

Can I ship products to an address that’s different from my billing address?
Yes! All you have to do is fill in the address you want to ship your order to in the ‘Shipping Address’ field. You can fill in your billing address in the ‘Billing Address’ field.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
My order has been shipped but I need to cancel it. How can I do it?
When an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it from our end. If your order has been shipped but is not yet delivered, kindly do not accept the delivery. Once we receive the products back and verify its packaging/ condition, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours. You can check the status of your order in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account.
When do I get a refund?
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours after we receive your cancellation request. If the cancellation has been made after the order has been shipped or if the product is being returned, we will process the refund once the products arrive and are verified at our warehouse. You can track your refund status via your account on our website.

Can I return a product?

I received a damaged product. Will you replace it?
Yes, you can raise a return/exchange request and state ‘damaged product’ as the reason for returning the product. To know more, please refer to the Returns and Refunds page on our website.
Will I get my money back once I return a product?
Yes. Once we receive the returned product, the money will be credited to your bank account if you made the payment via credit or debit card.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes. You can use your account to place and track your order.
Can I place an order for someone else using my account?
Sure. Just ensure that the new shipping address is synced to your account while placing the order.
How do I add a coupon code to my order?
Once you click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the coupon code to get your discount. Once applied, you can proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount of your order using a payment method of your choice.
How do I check my order’s current status?
Sign in to your Anantya Oils account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Here you’ll find the status of all orders – current and previous as well. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll see a ‘Track’ button that will give you detailed information about the order status.
If your order has been shipped and the tracking link is unable to display your order status, kindly wait for 12 hours before checking again. Sometimes, it can take up to 12 hours for our courier partners to update the tracking link.
Can I purchase multiple products with a single order?
Sure, simply add all your products to cart and checkout in one go!
Can I leave products in my cart and purchase them later?
You can but there’s always a possibility of the product selling out or the price changing. So, we encourage you to purchase it at the earliest to avoid missing out.
Why does the price keep changing for the same product?
At times, we may increase the price for new stock or offer a discount on a product for promotional reasons. This is why the price keeps changing.
